    Best pho restaurant in Vallejo.
The broth taste authentic and not full of MSG.
I don't feel tired after eating a bowl of Pho.

The decor in Pho Huong is really authentic Vietnamese style.
We ordered 2 appetizers: spring shrimp roll and fried spring roll. We loved the sauce with peanut but the wrap of spring shrimp roll wasn't traditional.
Their pho was really delicious and the portion was super generous with great price. The broth was rich and Beef tenderloin, beef brisket were amazingly tasty!
Only one complaint was the waiters needed more smile.

    2 words.. really good!

Thx Yelpers for this foodie tip! Reasonable priced, fresh, they take all forms of plastic payment.

Not gonna lie ...it looked extra sketchy pulling into this strip mall...like I was thinking will my rental car be broken into here?? Its before Vargas Market.. in that tiny strip mall next to a party/dollar store.

I was by myself and if this was at night I probably would have turned around and eaten at Panda down the road.

It was 530ish,.. very mom and pop.  Which duh most Vietnamese places are.

Service: really nice although I can tell there was a lot of hand motions.  Thank goodness for food pix and #.

    Food:
Really fresh and delish! It all came out piping HOT which is awesome sauce!

Starters.. the meal came with a wonderful bowl of broth that was really really yummy.  Hint of smoke, and an unexpected depth to a clear broth that was really heavenly. I know who describes broth as heavenly... i do.

    Ps:
Dont drink the carrot sauce that comes with the soup.. its the dressing for the vermicelli bowl...

And bring a scrunchie for your hair ladies and man-bun dudes... pull that hair back and  go all in if you are eating here..

I got the shrimp vermicelli noodle bowl, poured that wonderful carrot dressing over the bowl, it came with 9 butterflied prawns ...charbroiled yum, fresh cucumber, bean sprouts, cilantro, green onion, sprinkled with crushed peanuts.  The umami and all the acid, sweet, sour, texture was all an A+.

I also got the Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk.. perfect! Wish it wasnt mixed for me, I prefer the FOB way of the coffee drip over the glass of ice with the creme in it..

The noodle bowl was. Pretty much a party in your mouth.  I woofed it down like I didn't eat for days.

Most folks next to me had the piping HOT pho..
Thats on my list for next time.. it looked amazing!

Will i be back when im in town next?? Even in the dark? You bet ya!!

Dont be scared!! Come eat here vs the McDonalds across the highway.  You wont regret it.

    Well done folks!!

This place is delicious! Love the flavors of the pho broth! Service is friendly and there's lots of seating (accommodated our group of 7 easily)

    Food //
-spring rolls with peanut sauce - fresh and delicious
    - pho tai - can't rave enough about how much I love their broth. I'm probably going to be frequenting this place pretty often.
    -3 bean dessert - tasty!

Price is decent and food amount is generous. I got the large pho and it's pretty big.

Overall // one of my favorite spots in the Vallejo area!

My family loves this pho place so much that the owners and employees at this restaurant know pretty much when to expect them. As for me, it's always a comforting treat whenever I visit my parents to know we'll be eating some dang good noodle soup.

We order appetizers usually as well, the go-to orders being the fresh spring rolls, fried chicken wings, and fried shrimp cakes. Everything is muy delicioso and the portions are generous for the quality and price.

I think we also came to a consensus that the pho broth here is phenomenal- the flavors stand out (as in the beef broth and spices), and they do not skimp out on beef. I love that the prices for pho places in Vallejo are under $10 even for a large, compared to most spots in the East Bay. The rice plates and other noodle soups are generously portioned and more than fairly priced as well.

They even offer wifi here, and smoothies/shakes with pearl(boba). My 1 year old nephew approves!
